Attorney Keily provides representation to clients for the probating of estates, prepares wills, powers of attorney and living wills/medical directives. The West Hartford Probate Court also appoints Attorney Keily to represent minors or incapable persons as their attorney, guardian ad litem or as a conservator of the estate or person.
